2/ 每位會員只可預約一堂,完成已預約之課堂後可再預約下一堂。(預約後補名額亦計算在內)

團體課堂簡介:
Kick-boxing Fitness 泰拳體能班
結合泰拳、HIIT 訓練於一體,提升身體耐力、力量與協調性,大量燃燒卡路里,鍛煉體能同時達到修身效果。
(基於衛生及安全理由,參加者請自備紮手帶。)

Yoga Basic 基礎瑜伽
以傳統瑜伽課程為藍本,學習呼吸,瑜伽體位,再加上流動瑜伽的元素,訓練肌力,增強體力,創造出陰陽平衡的一課。
Yoga Stretch 伸展瑜伽
每堂會有特定的主題,針對都市人身體痛症來設計課程,主要是以鬆開肩膊,打開髖部,拉伸腳部,腰背放鬆。
Yoga Therapy 理療瑜伽
每堂會瑜伽式子,配以各種瑜伽工具,針對現代人因生活型態、壓力造成的腰背痛,肩膀內縮等問題,舒緩痛症,提升身體復原能力,以及穩定核心的強化鍛煉。
Wheel Yoga 瑜伽輪
每堂會以瑜伽輪為主要工具,協助做岀各種伸展和強化的式子。瑜伽輪是一個練習後彎時很有用的輔助工具,當用來承托背部時,可有效地加強胸肺肌及腰肌的伸展,避免於後彎時為腰椎帶來的壓力,對於腰背僵硬及肩膊肌肉比較繃緊的人士效果尤為顯著。
MFR 筋膜放鬆術
筋膜放鬆術是以滾筒和按摩球作工具,找出身體上的激痛點,透過放鬆來改變肌肉繃緊的情況,以緩和身體的痛症。
Flow Yoga 流動瑜伽
課堂會有大量強化和伸展的式子,讓我們有效鍛煉身體各部位之餘,再配以伸展動作,以舒緩被鍛煉的肌肉,是剛柔並重的一課。
Slim Yoga 瘦身瑜伽
講求動作與呼吸的搭配,吸氣吐氣需和動作同步,加強運動身體各個主要脂肪多的部位,達至燃燒卡路里的效果。
Yin Yang Yoga 陰陽瑜伽
每堂加入哈達瑜伽以及陰瑜伽兩種元素,為練者提供剛柔並重的一課。陽瑜伽的練習是着重於身體各部位肌肉的控制力與肌力訓練,並提升心肺功能及新陳代謝;陰瑜伽的練習則著重於肌肉
伸展,釋放髖關節、脊椎周邊肌肉的緊繃,運用呼吸與放鬆的方式以進入深度的延展。藉由陰與陽兩種不同的瑜珈練習,讓身體的能量逐漸趨於平衡及穩定。
Hatha Yoga 哈達瑜伽
多元的瑜伽體位,搭配柔的呼吸,使身心獲得舒緩與放鬆,動作難度由簡至難,非常適合作為學瑜伽的入門款。
Vinyasa 流瑜伽
藉由將不同式子串連起來,令整個練習過程如流水般流暢。訓練我們的柔軟度、肌耐力、專注力。
Gentle Flow慢流瑜伽
瑜伽式子配合呼吸連結動作,有助肌肉伸展,改善柔軟度及強化核心肌肉
Restorative Yoga修復瑜伽
靜態伸展,舒緩平常因姿勢不良所引起的痛症,幫助身體在練習過程中進入深層放鬆的狀態
Stretching 伸展運動
伸展運動為單一動作,每個動作都會針對某一部份肌肉而活動,而伸展運動帶來的好處就可多了:

  • 增加身體組織(如筋膜﹑肌腱﹑韌帶)的柔軟度
  • 增強運動的表現
  • 改善身體線條及姿勢
  • 舒緩壓力及緊張情緒
  • 放鬆肌肉
  • 減少肌肉抽畜情況
  • 增加關節結構中的組織、血液及養分的供應
  • 減低腰酸背痛的毛病
  • 減低因過份拉扯而導致的創傷
  • 減低運動後肌肉的酸痛
