預約安排
1/ 會員可在課堂開始前7天 (即168小時) 預約。
2/ 每位會員只可預約一堂,完成已預約之課堂後可再預約下一堂。(預約後補名額亦計算在內)
3/ 會員最遲在課堂開始前3小時取消已預約之課堂。
課堂安排
1/ 公眾假期課堂暫停。
2/ 會員請在課堂開始前5分鐘到課室集合,未能按時到達之會員當作放棄論,導師將按情況安排後補會員進入。

瑜伽課堂簡介:
Yoga Basic 基礎瑜珈
以傳統瑜珈課程為藍本,學習呼吸,瑜珈體位,再加上流動瑜珈的元素,訓練肌力,增強體力,創造出陰陽平衡的一課。
Yoga Stretch 伸展瑜珈
每堂會有特定的主題,針對都市人身體痛症來設計課程,主要是以鬆開肩膊,打開髖部,拉伸腳部,腰背放鬆。
Yoga Therapy 理療瑜伽
每堂會瑜伽式子,配以各種瑜伽工具,針對現代人因生活型態、壓力造成的腰背痛,肩膀內縮等問題,舒緩痛症,提升身體復原能力,以及穩定核心的強化鍛鍊。
Wheel Yoga 瑜伽輪
每堂會以瑜伽輪為主要工具,協助做岀各種伸展和強化的式子。瑜伽輪是一個練習後彎時很有用的輔助工具,當用來承托背部時,可有效地加強胸肺肌及腰肌的伸展,避免於後彎時為腰椎
帶來的壓力,對於腰背僵硬及肩膊肌肉比較繃緊的人士效果尤為顯著。
MFR 筋膜放鬆術
筋膜放鬆術是以滾筒和按摩球作工具,找出身體上的激痛點,透過放鬆來改變肌肉繃緊的情況,以緩和身體的痛症。
Flow Yoga 流動瑜珈
課堂會有大量強化和伸展的式子,讓我們有效鍛練身體各部位之餘,再配以伸展動作,以舒緩被鍛練的肌肉,是剛柔並重的一課。
Slim Yoga 瘦身瑜珈
講求動作與呼吸的搭配,吸氣吐氣需和動作同步,加強運動身體各個主要脂肪多的部位,達至燃燒卡路里的效果。
Yin Yang Yoga 陰陽瑜伽
每堂加入哈達瑜伽以及陰瑜伽兩種元素,為練者提供剛柔並重的一課。陽瑜伽的練習是着重於身體各部位肌肉的控制力與肌力訓練,並提升心肺功能及新陳代謝;陰瑜伽的練習則著重於肌肉
伸展,釋放髖關節、脊椎周邊肌肉的緊繃,運用呼吸與放鬆的方式以進入深度的延展。藉由陰與陽兩種不同的瑜珈練習,讓身體的能量逐漸趨於平衡及穩定。
Hatha Yoga 哈達瑜珈
多元的瑜伽體位,搭配柔的呼吸,使身心獲得舒緩與放鬆,動作難度由簡至難,非常適合作為學瑜伽的入門款。
